If you are visiting Las Vegas in December, you’ll find plenty of festive displays, immersive light shows, and winter wonderlands to explore. From massive drive-through attractions to charming neighborhood displays, there are many magical places to see Christmas lights in Las Vegas.
We have family in Las Vegas and visit every year during Christmastime, so checking out holiday lights together has become a tradition. I’ve rounded up where to see Christmas lights in Las Vegas right here, and I’m excited to share the list with you!

Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

The Las Vegas Speedway hosts Glittering Lights – A Drive-Thru Lights Show from November 7 through January 4, 2026.
This dazzling array of festive lights and sounds features more than five million LED lights and 500 animated displays along the 2.5-mile track at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. So big, it takes around 40 minutes to drive through the light show!
If you don’t want to drive your own car – or don’t have a rental car while visiting Las Vegas – you can ride the Santa Tram, an outdoor open-air tram. You can also meet Santa, play games, enjoy hot cocoa and kettle corn, and more.
Named one of the “Best places to see Christmas lights in the U.S.” by CNN Travel, Glittering Lights is one of the most popular Las Vegas Christmas activities.

Enchant at Las Vegas Ballpark

Don’t miss Enchant, an immersive outdoor holiday experience at Las Vegas Ballpark. The attraction features a light maze, snow slide, ice skating trail, artisan Christmas market, and play area for kids. Enchant also features an opportunity to get pictures with Santa Claus and of course, plenty of food and drinks available to purchase.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory & Cactus Garden

The Ethel M Chocolate Factory transforms its famous three-acre Botanical Cactus Garden into a twinkling holiday wonderland each year. More than one million lights are strung across desert plants and cacti, creating a unique Southwestern spin on Christmas lights. Families can stroll through the garden, sip hot chocolate, and even take photos with Santa on select nights.
Every evening from November 6 through January 3, 2026, the Ethel M Chocolate Factory Cactus Garden will be decked out with colorful lights, animated figures, and other holiday decor.
Admission is only $3, and all proceeds will be donated to Help of Southern Nevada and Three Square Food Bank. This is one of the cheapest Las Vegas Christmas activities around, and the whole family can enjoy it together!

The Magical Forest at Opportunity Village

A long-standing Las Vegas holiday tradition, the Magical Forest at Opportunity Village is a festive and family-friendly 2.5-acre theme park filled with sparkling lights, decorated trees, rides, a round of 8-hole golf surrounded by sparkling lights, nightly entertainment, holiday treats, and midway games. Kids will love riding the train, carousel, and enjoying interactive attractions.
The Magical Forest is not only a fun holiday destination but also supports Opportunity Village, a nonprofit that serves people with disabilities in Southern Nevada. It runs from late November through December 31.

Mystic Falls Park Winter Wonderland at Sam’s Town

Located inside Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall, Mystic Falls Park transforms each holiday season into a winter wonderland. The atrium features festive lights, holiday decorations, and an indoor laser light show synchronized to Christmas music. Kids especially enjoy the animatronic animals and snow-like effects.
The seasonal décor in the indoor atrium makes the season merry and bright with its winter wonderland display. It features festive décor and a holiday laser light show set to classics like “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” and “Frosty the Snowman.” The laser light show runs every hour between 4 and 10 p.m. Mystic Falls’ indoor location makes it a great option for families looking to enjoy Christmas lights and holiday fun without the cold.
Mystic Falls is totally free to enter and is open 24 hours a day. The holiday display runs nightly from November 27 through January 1, 2026.

Downtown Summerlin Holiday Lights & Parade

For an open-air holiday stroll, head to Downtown Summerlin, where the entire shopping and dining district comes alive with festive décor and twinkling lights. Families can enjoy the nightly Holiday Parade, complete with floats, toy soldiers, snowflakes, and Santa Claus. There’s also an ice-skating rink and plenty of dining options to make it a fun evening outing.
The holiday parade runs on select nights from mid-November through December 21.

Boulder City’s Holiday House Displays & Events

Just outside Las Vegas, Boulder City has a strong small-town holiday spirit. Every December, local residents decorate their homes with elaborate light displays. You’ll also find a number of scheduled community events to enjoy at Christmastime.

Christmas House (1525 Fifth Street) – The famous Christmas House lighting is set for December 6, 2025 at 5:15 pm. Expect Santa, photo ops, and festive decorations. The house is lit nightly (weather permitting) from about 5 to 9 p.m.

Santa’s Electric Light Parade – Downtown Boulder City’s holiday parade returns on December 7, 2025 at 4:30 p.m., featuring floats, music, and plenty of holiday cheer.
Because the lighting displays are by individual homeowners, the exact timing can vary, but these scheduled events are reliable anchor points for planning a visit.

Henderson’s WinterFest & Water Street Celebrations

The Water Street District in Henderson offers a festive anchor for holiday lights, decorations, and community events as part of WinterFest 2025. These provide a chance to see both organized events and general holiday lighting throughout a decorated neighborhood area.

This event definitely has a small-town feel and is more of a community event, drawing many local families, but visitors are welcome to attend. And if you can’t make it for the events, the decorated shops, buildings, and holiday lights in the district will be up through the season.
