Located less than a mile away from The Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Days Inn & Suites Anaheim is a budget-friendly hotel offering lots of free perks and a comfortable stay close to the parks. Some people say the Days Inn Anaheim is the best cheap hotel near Disneyland, and considering the value it delivers for the price, I tend to agree!
We have stayed at numerous hotels near Disneyland, and recently had the chance to stay at Days Inn Anaheim. While not super fancy, it is clean and comfortable, has a nice pool that gets the job done on a hot day, and a light continental breakfast to fuel you up before heading to the theme parks.

Days Inn & Suites Anaheim Review
When considering where to stay near Disneyland, there are lots of options ranging from luxury resorts to cheap motels. Days Inn & Suites Anaheim falls comfortably toward the cheaper side, but it offers an array of amenities you literally won’t find anywhere else.
It is one of the only (if not the only!) hotels near Disneyland with free shuttle and breakfast, and free parking too.

Rooms at Days Inn Anaheim
Rooms at the Days Inn & Suites are bright, clean, and fairly spacious, with all the basic room amenities you would expect to find at this class of accommodations. You can choose from a king room or two queen beds.
All the guest rooms are located off exterior corridors, which I don’t normally love, but is on par for this style of lodging. And it sure makes it convenient to park right near your room or by the stairs if you are staying on the second floor.
Rooms include coffee makers and a fridge. Bathrooms provide all the usual amenities and are a decent size.
The Pool
Days Inn Anaheim has an outdoor pool and hot tub.
One thing we didn’t love (but might not bother you) is that the motel-style layout of this property puts the pool right in the center of the parking lot. This means you have to walk between cars and watch for traffic to get from your room to the pool. Not ideal if you are traveling with kids.
But the pool itself – if not huge – is a nice size and has spots around it to sit in the shade. There are tables and chairs, but no lounge chairs. Honestly, I had no problem with that. Days Inn & Suites is really not the kind of hotel where you’re going to want to lounge around in the sun all day.
Disneyland Hotel with Free Shuttle, Breakfast, and Parking!
Perhaps the best thing about this Days Inn is all the freebies they throw in with your stay.
There are (unfortunately!) only a few hotels in Anaheim that offer a free shuttle to Disneyland – and the Days Inn is one of them! Most hotels charge for shuttle service. When you factor in that this hotel also offers free parking and free breakfast, you can see why staying here is one of the best deals in Anaheim.
With parking rates at other area hotels costing as much as $50 per night or more if you valet, this perk alone is huge.
Taking the free shuttle to Disneyland will save you even more money – another $40 per day for parking on-site at the official Disneyland lots.
How often does the Days Inn free shuttle to Disneyland run?
The shuttle runs several times throughout the day, making its first run from the hotel 20 minutes before the park opens, and the last run back 30 minutes after closing. The times and number of runs in between varies throughout the year, so ask the front desk for the current shuttle schedule when you check in.
Top Tip: If you are going to catch the first shuttle of the day, get to the shuttle stop (located right by the hotel’s main lobby) early and line up, as the shuttle is small and typically fills up.

Dining Options at Days Inn Anaheim
Days Inn Anaheim offers a free continental breakfast daily. The offerings are not grand, but they do include the usual spread of pastries, waffles, juice, and coffee. You can take the food back to your room or eat in the small lobby.
The food was fine, but if you prefer something more elaborate there are honestly nicer hotels near Disneyland with free breakfast to check out. However, if you just want to grab something quick and nourishing before heading to the parks, it will do just fine.
Aside from the continental breakfast offered daily at the Days Inn Anaheim, food offerings at the hotel are limited (though there are vending machines if you get desperate for a midnight snack).
The hotel does not have a restaurant on site. However, there is one right next door to the hotel. There are also many restaurants just a short walk down Harbor Boulevard toward Disneyland, including Panera, Mimi’s Café, Shakey’s, and even a McDonalds. And of course, you will also find tons of fabulous dining options in Downtown Disney, adjacent to the parks.

Final Thoughts: Days Inn Anaheim
With literally hundreds of hotels and places to stay in Anaheim, California, there are many options ranging from fancy hotels with luxurious amenities to inexpensive motels with just the bare essentials.
Days Inn & Suites Anaheim is one of the more inexpensive options, but the free perks it offers are things you just won’t find anywhere else. With free shuttle service, free breakfast, and free parking, you’ll get tons of value staying at this hotel. If saving money is an important consideration for your Disneyland vacation, you’ll get a lot of bang for your buck at Days Inn & Suites Anaheim at Disneyland Park.
