Looking for the best hotels near Disneyland with shuttle service to the parks?
Staying at one of the hotels with a shuttle to Disneyland can make your trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable.
I’ve been visiting Disneyland for years and since area hotels are always changing, continue to do a ton of research to stay on top of it all. I have personally stayed at many of these hotels (and toured even more with our partners at Get Away Today). To help you out, we have created this complete guide to hotels with shuttles to Disneyland to help you plan a great Disney vacation in 2026.
Important Note: Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) bus system announced it will end all service on March 31, 2026. We will update this article with more information and replacement shuttle service options as it becomes available.
Hotels with FREE Shuttle to Disneyland
First up – let’s talk free transportation.
There are (unfortunately!) only a few hotels with free shuttles to Disneyland. Most charge for shuttle service, typically provided by the Anaheim Resort Transportation system – lots more on that below!
► Travel Insight
There are several hotels in neighboring cities – Fullerton, Buena Park, etc. – that offer free shuttles to the parks. But in my opinion based on experience, it’s not worth the extra time and traffic to stay so far away when there are many other hotels near Disneyland with shuttle service!
Here are the three Anaheim hotels with free shuttles to Disneyland.
1. Days Inn and Suites Anaheim at Disneyland Park

Located about a mile away from the parks, Days Inn Anaheim falls into the budget hotel category, but as one of just a few hotels with free shuttle to Disneyland it is a great option if you are traveling on a budget!
In addition to free shuttle service, Days Inn offers free parking and free breakfast. It is a fairly basic motel with a pool in the parking lot and not too much else as far as recreation, but it is a winner if you are looking for a clean place to sleep and lots of freebies to stretch your vacation dollars.

2. The Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

Named for the hotel’s expansive gardens, the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel features a fun castle-themed design and free shuttle to Disneyland aboard their Dream Machine shuttle bus.
This family-friendly hotel features spacious rooms and suites, even some with bunk beds. It has a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lots of family-friendly activities.
Hotel Information & Reservations
- 900 South Disneyland Drive, Anaheim

3. Candy Cane Inn

The Candy Cane Inn is a moderately priced hotel located less than a half mile from the parks. Although it is one of the closest hotels to the Disney parks, transportation is included with your stay. In addition to its complimentary shuttle service, Candy Cane Inn offers free breakfast and free parking, too!
One of the unique things about this hotel is it is family owned and not part of a huge chain. So if you are looking for a hotel with free shuttle to Disneyland along with friendly service and a unique vibe you won’t find anywhere else, Candy Cane Inn might be the perfect place for you!

Anaheim Hotels with Shuttles to Disneyland (For a Fee)
Although there are only a few hotels with free shuttle to Disneyland, most hotels in Anaheim offer easy access to transportation for a fairly reasonable fee.
The majority of offsite hotels participate in the Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) system. ART has 21 scheduled routes throughout Anaheim and Orange County, providing transportation to the Disneyland Resort, as well as shopping, sports venues, and Knott’s Berry Farm.
We’ve used these shuttles countless times! Buses typically run every 30 minutes, so it’s very convenient to come and go at your own leisure.

Hotels with Shuttle to Disneyland FAQs
Here are the answers to some of the most common questions about staying at one of the hotels near Disneyland with shuttle service.
1. How may hotels with free shuttle to Disneyland are there?
As outlined above, there are currently three hotels in Anaheim that offer a free shuttle to Disneyland for guests. They are the Candy Cane Inn, Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel, and Days Inn and Suites. There have been others in the past, but they stopped offering a dedicated service or started charging a fee.
2. Which Disneyland hotels have shuttle service?
With close to 200 hotels within the city of Anaheim, almost all of them offer access to transportation that will get you to the parks. The exceptions are Disney’s on-property hotels, which are close enough to walk or hop on the monorail, and the Good Neighbor hotels across the street from Disneyland, which make shuttle service unnecessary!

3. Does Disney offer a free Disneyland shuttle?
Aside from those Anaheim hotels with free shuttle to Disneyland listed above (Days Inn, Candy Cane Inn, and the Majestic Garden Hotel) there is one other way to catch a free ride to the Disney theme parks.
If you are staying at one of the hotels near the Toy Story Parking Lot on Harbor Boulevard, you can walk to the parking lot and then catch Disneyland bus for complimentary shuttle service the parks.
Some of the hotels close to the Toy Story Parking Lot include the Clarion Hotel, Hilton Anaheim, Homewood Suites, Portofino Inn & Suites, Courtyard Anaheim Resort, Sheraton Park Hotel, Best Western Plus Raffles Inn, SpringHill Suites, Hotel Lulu, and the Anaheim Marriott.

4. Where is the Disneyland Shuttle Stop Location?
Disneyland shuttles drop riders off at the Disneyland Resort’s East Shuttle Area, located just outside the parks, near Harbor Boulevard.
Unlike Walt Disney World, the Disneyland Resort is fairly tight knit; this one stop will give you access to Disneyland, Disney California Adventure Park, Downtown Disney District, the Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place (formerly Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel), and Disney’s Grand Californian Resort Hotel.

5. Are there any hotels near Disneyland with free shuttle and free breakfast?
Yes! There are two hotels in the Disneyland area with free shuttle, free breakfast, and free parking, too!
The Candy Cane Inn offers free breakfast, free shuttle, and free parking, and it is within walking distance to the parks.
Days Inn Anaheim is located just a mile away from the parks and is a great hotel to consider if you are traveling on a budget and looking for clean rooms and lots of perks.

6. Which Disneyland hotel has direct access to the park?
Unlike Walt Disney World where almost all the Disney hotels require a bus or other form of transportation to reach the parks, the three Disney Resort Hotels are located right on property – so no shuttle required! But for the ultimate in convenience, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa offers direct access to Disney California Adventure Park. Guests can simply enter DCA through a gate right at the hotel.
And if you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel, you can hop on the monorail in Downtown Disney for direct entry into Disneyland Park; it will drop you off in Tomorrowland!
7. How much is shuttle service to Disneyland from area hotels?
Most hotels near Disneyland with shuttle service utilize the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) system for transportation to and from Anaheim area hotels.

ART shuttle service costs a daily fee of $6 for adults (age 10 and up) and $2.50 for children (ages 3-9). Many hotels have a kiosk where you can purchase tickets or you can use their app. The shuttles run seven days a week, typically beginning one hour before the Disneyland Resort opens until 30 minutes after the last park closes. You can also purchase a 3-day ART bus pass for $16 for adults and $3.50 for children.
Final Thoughts: Hotels with Shuttles to Disneyland
One of the most important decisions you’ll make when planning your Disney vacation is where to stay. It’s often overlooked, but transportation to the parks is an important part of the Disney experience!
Unless you are staying at one of the hotels walking distance to Disneyland (and even then it is sometimes nice to have a ride!), taking a shuttle is the quickest and most affordable way to get to and from the parks.
If you prefer to save the walking for the theme parks, then staying at one of these nearby hotels with shuttle to Disneyland is the way to go!
Even if you have a car, parking at Disneyland is expensive and not always the most convenient. Taking a shuttle is the better option! You’ll avoid the $40 parking fee and avoid the headaches and extra time that comes with having to take a tram from the parking lot.
Luckily, there are tons of options! So no matter what your budget and personal taste, there is a great Disneyland shuttle hotel waiting to add a little magic to your Disney vacation.

Flying in for Anniversary weekend is there a hotel between LAX airport and Disney that offers LAX shuttle to Hotel AND shuttle to Disney? Thanks for your time and wisdom!
Hi Brian! There are lots of hotels between the two, depending on where you want to be. However unfortunately none offer free shuttle to both. However you can make arrangements through a company like Karmel Shuttle, and if you stay in Buena Park (near Knotts) which is between the two, many hotels offer a free shuttle to Disneyland. Hope that helps!
Hi, You have very useful information on site. I am travelling LA with a wife and two daughters (11 and 16). I will be renting a car from LAX airport. May i ask you which hotel to stay for easy access to Disneyland. Do you suggest to go by a car or Disneyland shuttle?
