Looking for the best quick service in EPCOT for a fantastic and (relatively) inexpensive meal at the park?
EPCOT is one of Walt Disney World’s most exciting parks, known especially for having some of the best food in all of Walt Disney World. And when it comes to quick service (aka counter service), EPCOT shines with flavorful, diverse, and surprisingly satisfying options.
It is truly a theme park where the dining options are as exciting as the rides, and I am not ashamed to admit that eating is my favorite thing to do there!
In this post, I’ll share my top 10 picks for the best EPCOT quick service restaurants and what to order at each one – from French pastries to family-style barbecue to international favorites. Whether you’re a family on the go, a foodie looking to snack around the world, or just trying to decide what to have for lunch, this guide has been updated for 2026 and will help you find the perfect bite.
Let’s dig in!
EPCOT Quick Service Restaurants
Here are the top 10 places to go for quick service at EPCOT.
1. La Cantina de San Angel – Mexico Pavilion

Right on the waterfront, this festive quick service location serves Mexican street food classics with stunning views of the World Showcase Lagoon. It’s a fantastic place to grab a bite before EPCOT’s nighttime fireworks if you can get a table.
If you don’t need a full meal, just order chips and guac or share a plate of nachos with the family. I’ve also been known to order a kids meal here when I’m in the mood for just a little something to cure my craving for Mexican food. The tacos are great!
► Travel Insight
Because of its waterfront location and the fact it is the first Pavilion you’ll see when you enter World Showcase, the lines to order can get very long and seating fills up quick. Plan to eat here at off-peak hours for the best experience.

Why Families Love It: Bold flavors, outdoor seating with a view, and the option to grab snacks or a full meal.
Must-Try Items:
- Taco Trio (Barbacoa, Pollo, and Camarón)
- Arroz Bowl with Marinated Grilled Chicken
- Nachos
- Empanadas con Queso
2. Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie – France Pavilion

Tucked away in a corner of the France Pavilion, Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is an absolute gem. It is the place to go for authentic French pastries, sandwiches, and quiches.
Which brings me to my biggest challenge with this EPCOT quick service restaurant – what to order? The sweet treats and savory sandwiches are equally good, and it’s not uncommon for us to stop in more than once a day to try different things at different times.

One of the best things about Les Halles is that it opens when the park opens, unlike most eateries in World Showcase that don’t open until 11 a.m. That means you can stop in and enjoy breakfast here!
And if you’re coming in via the Skyliner or staying at one of the resorts near Disney’s BoardWalk – such as the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resorts or Disney’s Beach Club Resort – where you can enter EPCOT through the International Gateway in World Showcase, Les Halles is the perfect first stop.

Why Families Love It: Great variety of sweet and savory options, affordable prices, and indoor air-conditioned seating – a huge perk on hot Florida days.
Must-Try Items:
- Croissant Jambon Fromage (Ham, Cheese and Béchamel in a Croissant)
- Quiche Lorraine (Ham, Gruyere Quiche)
- Soupe du Jour (Soup in a Bread Bowl) – The best deal at EPCOT at under $8!
- Any French Pastry
3. Regal Eagle Smokehouse – American Adventure Pavilion

The Regal Eagle Smokehouse is one of the best EPCOT quick service restaurants, offering The Regal Eagle Smokehouse has lots of delicious options.
This patriotic barbecue joint serves up classic American comfort food with a smoky twist. The portions are generous, and the outdoor patio offers plenty of shaded seating. The menu also includes allergy-friendly options, and the mobile ordering feature helps you avoid long waits.
The Regal Eagle is one of the only quick service restaurants at EPCOT with a self-serve beverage station, so you can enjoy free refills with your meal. Like the many water refill stations around Walt Disney World, this is also a great spot to refill your water bottle and take a drink to go.

Why Families Love It: Familiar flavors, large portion sizes, self-serve drinks, and shaded seating make this an easy and stress-free family meal stop.
Must-Try Items:
- BBQ Platter (Memphis Dry-rubbed Pork Ribs, North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt, and Smoked Sausage served with Cornbread and a Side)
- Kansas City Smoked Half Chicken
- North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt Platter
- Sliced Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich
- House Salad with Pulled BBQ Pork
4. Katsura Grill – Japan Pavilion

Located in a peaceful garden setting, Katsura Grill is one of the most serene quick service locations in EPCOT. It offers a wide selection of Japanese dishes. This spot has some of the most best options if you are looking for healthy food at EPCOT’s World Showcase.
We love the Chicken Teriyaki with steamed rice and fresh vegetables – and the miso soup is a warm, comforting side. There’s also a tasty garden salad with Japanese ginger dressing that surprises us every time with how good it tastes.

Why Families Love It: Quiet atmosphere with shaded seating, healthy menu options, and beautiful landscaping that feels like a hidden escape.
Must-Try Items:
- Chicken and Beef Teriyaki
- Shrimp Tempura Udon
- Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen
- Miso Soup
5. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe – Norway Pavilion

This cozy bakery in the Norway Pavilion is loved for its Norwegian pastries and sweet treats. While not a full meal spot, it’s one of the best places to stop for a snack or light lunch, and the flavors are unique but approachable.
The School Bread is a popular favorite – a sweet roll filled with custard and topped with coconut. But there are many interesting sweet treats you can try!

Why Families Love It: Unique, shareable treats, affordable prices, and a great spot for an afternoon break near Frozen Ever After.
Must-Try Items:
- School Bread (Sweet Roll filled with Custard and dipped in Coconut)
- Norwegian Kringla (Pretzel-shaped Pastry with Sweet Fondant, Raisins, and Chocolate Topping)
- Eplekake (Apple Cake with Caramel Drizzle)
6. Lotus Blossom Café – China Pavilion

Lotus Blossom Café delivers familiar Chinese food classics that appeal to most palates. While not the most adventurous spot, it’s reliable, fast, and perfect for families needing a break.
The Orange Chicken Combo is a staple for us – white meat chicken, served hot and crispy with rice and an egg roll. For dessert, don’t miss the Caramel-Ginger Ice Cream. It’s a flavor you won’t find anywhere else!

Why Families Love It: Traditional Chinese food with kid-friendly options, outdoor seating, and fast service.

- Orange Chicken Combo
- Mongolian Beef Noodle Combo
- Stir-Fried Vegetable Noodle Combo

7. Pizza al Taglio – Italy Pavilion

Located just outside the full-service Via Napoli restaurant, this walk-up window offers pizza by the slice. If there’s a line it moves quick, and the pizza is delicious!
The slices are large and satisfying, and at under $10, it’s one of the best value meals in the park. (You can also just call it a snack, no judgement here!)
Why Families Love It: Picky-eater friendly, quick service without the fuss, and a universally loved option for kids and adults alike. Everyone loves pizza!
Must-Try Items:
- Pizza Margherita Slice
- Pizza Pepperoni Slice
- Tiramisu Alla Nutella
8. Yorkshire County Fish Shop – United Kingdom Pavilion

Craving something crispy and comforting? This charming waterside location serves just one main dish – and they do it well.
We like to save this stop for the end of the day and share a basket while watching the Luminous The Symphony of Us nighttime spectacular over EPCOT’s World Showcase Lagoon right before closing. They have patio seating with a great view of the show.
Why Families Love It: The fish is consistently fresh and golden-crispy. It’s filling, easy to share, and a great way to introduce kids to traditional UK fare in a casual setting.
Must-Try Items:
- Beer-Battered Fish and Chips
- That’s it.
9. Sunshine Seasons – The Land Pavilion

Inside the air-conditioned Land Pavilion, Sunshine Seasons is a food court–style spot that caters to everyone, even picky eaters. The menu spans several cuisines – from rotisserie chicken to Asian noodles and plant-based options. They have lots of healthy options, too.
It’s especially convenient before or after riding Soarin’, which is right upstairs.
On our last visit, I tried the Stir-Fried Chicken. It was okay, but next time I am in the mood for something like that I would rather eat at Lotus Blossom Café. The Wood-fired Rotisserie Chicken or Wood-fired Salmon are a better choice at Sunshine Seasons. They are also one of the few quick service options at EPCOT that serve breakfast.

Why Families Love It: Massive variety, allergy-friendly labels, and plenty of indoor seating make this a stress-free stop for groups with diverse diets.
Must-Try Items:
- Wood-fired Rotisserie Chicken or Salmon

One of EPCOT’s newest additions, Connections Eatery is a sleek, modern restaurant offering globally inspired meals and generous seating. This quick-service restaurant is in the space previously home to the Electric Umbrella, which closed in 2020.
The General Tso Chicken Salad at Connections Eatery was an unexpected standout, and the Liege Waffle (brioche dough with pearl sugar, strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce) is a must for dessert. The self-serve station for soft drinks and clean layout make it a great rest stop for families.
Connections Eatery should not be confused with Connections Cafe, which is a separate quick service spot located inside the same building. Connections Cafe is essentially a Starbucks; it’s is a great place to grab a coffee or quick bite. Worth noting, the line to order does get long in the morning.
